Jake Dennis has performed as a headliner at venues including DownStairs at His Majesty’s Theatre, Ellington Jazz Club, Perth Town Hall, Don Russell, Kalamunda, Koorliny, Mandurah, and Subiaco Performing Arts Centres as well as festivals such as Fringe World, Jazz in the Park, and the Mandurah Crab Festival. As bandleader for the Jake Dennis Band and Mint Jazz Band, Jake designed and performed successful cabaret shows such as Beautiful Girls: The Bruno Mars Show, Chocolate Blues, Come Fly With Me, Classic Crooners, Gatsby’s Cabaret, Kings of Swing, and Like Blown Smoke.

Jake has performed for the Jazz Club of WA, Alzheimer’s WA, Jazz in the Park, Jazz Fremantle, the Perth Blues Club, as well as live on Aurora TV, Telethon, Channel 31, for the City of Perth, Subiaco, Bayswater, South Perth, and the Town of Cambridge and Victoria Park, as well as on radio stations such as RTR, Twin Cities, Pirate, VCA, and Heritage FM. Jake has also performed with Soul Corporation, the South Perth Lions Club Big Band, Neon, Baker Boys, and the Summer Club Band. He has also performed at many WA venues such as the Universal Bar, Twilight Hawkers Market, Mandoon Estate, Wild Fig Cafe, New Orleans Restaurant, Carilley Estate, SOOL, Chapels on Whatley, Cafe Denada, Rigby’s Bar, and WA’s best retirement villages.

Available for corporate, council, and private shows, as a soloist or with live musicians, Jake also loves performing contemporary music (pop, soul, RnB, funk, reggae, disco, country, dance, pop-rock etc) classics.
